At BlueZone d.o.o., we are committed to providing high-quality protein based food supplements. However, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind. Our return policy is designed to adhere to EU consumer protection regulations while ensuring the safety and hygiene of our products.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Please Note: Due to the nature of our products (food supplements), strict hygiene and health protection rules apply.
According to Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
"Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery."
This means that if you open, unseal, or break the protective wrap of any supplement bottle, jar, or pouch, you lose your right to return that item. We cannot accept returns of open products for safety reasons.
3. Effects of Withdrawal (Refunds)
If you withdraw from this contract (and the goods are returned sealed and in their original condition), we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied; or
(If earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
4. Returning the Goods

You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
5. Cost of Return Shipping
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not provide free return shipping labels for voluntary returns (change of mind).
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
The "Right of Withdrawal" described above is separate from your legal right to a guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as described.
If you receive a product that is damaged during transport, defective, or incorrect:

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged/defective product.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund (including return shipping costs) for defective items, in accordance with the statutory legal guarantee of conformity (2 years).
Eligibility and Conditions
Refund Process
Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for your purchase, in accordance with EU law.
Exceptions
Certain items, such as opened supplements or products not in their original packaging, may not be eligible for return due to health and safety regulations. Please review our full list of exceptions before submitting a return request.
